Unsolicited manuscripts are welcomed and will be considered for publication. Manuscripts should be accompanied by a cover letter, CV, and an abstract of not more than 150 words. All citations should be formatted in compliance with The Bluebook, Twenty-First Edition.

Submissions are also accepted via carrier service, but electronic submissions are preferred. Following review, hard copy submissions will not be returned to authors unless requested at the time of submission. All hard-copy submissions must be sent to:
