The Southern Illinois University Law Journal is committed to legal scholarship of the highest order and to serving as a reliable liaison between the SIU Simmons Law School and the legal community.
The Southern Illinois University Law Journal is an online-only journal and is published quarterly by students of the Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School. Issues can be accessed via Westlaw, LexisNexis, HeinOnline, and Digital Commons.
